What software do you use?

Our primary Content Management System (CMS) to create websites and web designs is WordPress.

For ecommerce stores, we prefer WooCommerce, but can also work with Shopify.

We also have experience Wix & Squarespace if you need help with those platforms.

Do you offer hosting?

Yes, we do offer website hosting. Our service is located in Melbourne and happy to host all small business websites.

We recommend using Google Workspaces for email, which we can set up for you if you like.

How much does it cost to build a website?

It varies depending on many factors such as the number of pages, features, and design complexity.

As a ballpark, a 5 page website starts from $2500 + GST and an e-commerce website is generally around $4000 – $8000 + GST

Can I just create a website by myself?

Designing and developing a website requires knowledge and experience. We suggest hiring a local web designer instead of doing it yourself.

There are so many things that need to be taken into account, from design to functionality, and it’s easy to miss something important. Plus, there are technical things that can go wrong that you might not even know about. It may seem like hiring a professional web designer is expensive, but it will cost you much less in the long run

Will you teach me how to update my website?

Yes. Training is provided with every website we build. We can also create videos and tutorials so you can learn at your pace.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. We offer both ongoing and adhoc support. You can choose from a variety of hosting and WordPress design Melbourne support options that we can customise to fit your needs. We have long term relationships with a lot of our clients, which is something we’re really proud of.

Do you offer copywriting?

We do not currently provide copywriting services, but we do work with freelance copywriters.
